Groups | Client Type - West London Therapy Hub

Group therapy involves one or more therapists treating a small group of clients at the same time.

Talking about your issues in as a group can be extremely helpful and supportive. It can help identify common issues experienced in relation to a shared issue such as substance abuse, eating disorders or anger issues. Sharing issues and experiences as a group also allows for the group to help each other think around their own issues.
