How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored on our CRM platform provider’s servers within the EEA in accordance with GDPR regulations.

We keep your personal details indefinitely whilst you are registered with us and for 12 months after you have cancelled your registration.

We will then dispose your information by deleting it from our CRM platform and the storage servers.

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

  • You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
  • You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate.
  • You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
