Psychodrama is a group psychotherapy which provides opportunities to explore life situations through using imagination, creativity and spontaneity to explore how past experiences have influenced thoughts, feelings and behaviours in the present, which in turn shapes the future.

The freedom of this therapy allows the group to see issues from a broader perspective while assisting one another is expression of hidden thoughts and emotions.
