A Space for the Nuance of Identity An attuned space for the LGBTQ+, International, and Neurodivergent communities. Providing in-person psychotherapy, couples therapy, and art therapy in Chiswick and Kensington (West London, W4 & SW5) and secure online sessions across the UK. Individual Therapy Many of my clients come to therapy with a profound intellectual grasp of their lives, yet find that simply knowing their history hasn't changed how they actually feel. You might be an expert at analysing your challenges, but still find yourself: Feeling permanently "stuck in your head" Able to explain your pain logically, but unable to shift it emotionally Disconnected from your internal world and physical self Bypassing the Limits of Logic My approach is designed to bridge this exact gap. I work beyond traditional talk therapy by focusing on the translation of experience. By moving between spoken dialogue, somatic tracking, and sensory metaphor, we bypass the boundaries of purely logical discussion. This allows us to reach the deeper layers of your story that words alone often cannot access—facilitating a profound, more integrated sense of self. Breaking the Loop: Couples & Relationship Therapy When a relationship is trapped in a painful loop, traditional circular arguments often lead to exhaustion rather than resolution. By moving past the debate of who is right and focusing on relational dynamics and somatic tracking, I help couples safely look beneath the intellectual defences that keep them disconnected. Together, we stop repeating old patterns and build a functional, shared language of genuine emotional safety.

I am an HCPC-registered Psychotherapist and Specialist NHS Clinician within North London mental health services (formerly The Tavistock & Portman). I provide grounded, relational therapy in Chiswick, West London (W4) and online. I support adults and couples from culturally diverse backgrounds navigating complex trauma, identity conflict, anxiety, or depression. If you feel stuck or disconnected, therapy offers a compassionate space to slow down, understand patterns, and relate to yourself with clarity. Text or email me to book a free, no-pressure 15-minute phone consultation. I offer psychotherapy that is grounded, relational, LGBTQAI+ affirmative, and tailored to each person. My approach is integrative, informed on evidence-based methods such as MBT, alongside deeper, reflective work. We focus on understanding patterns, processing experience, and building a more stable and compassionate relationship with yourself. Starting therapy can feel uncertain. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We can begin from where you are, at a pace that feels manageable, and work together to create a space that feels steady and supportive. Providing in-person psychotherapy and art therapy in Chiswick (West London, W4) and secure online sessions.

My Philosophy: I believe that traditional language is often insufficient for expressing the complexities of human emotion. As an integrative psychotherapist, I bridge the gap between clinical evidence and creative expression, offering a safe, nurturing space where individuals can explore their inner worlds through both talk and art therapy. My practice is dedicated to fostering self-compassion and resilience, particularly for adults and couples from LGBTQ+ and culturally diverse backgrounds. NHS Clinical Experience: The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust (now part of NLFT) Mental Health Practitioner | Specialist Clinician in Creative Therapies In my specialist role within the NHS, I support care-experienced young people, including unaccompanied asylum seekers. Working closely with Camden Local Authority within a multidisciplinary specialist mental health team, I integrate creative therapies with traditional mental health interventions to provide holistic care for those facing complex developmental trauma and displacement. My work involves detailed clinical assessments and multi-agency collaboration to ensure safety and long-term wellbeing. Professional Path: Lead Psychotherapist (LGBTQ+ Youth) Spectra Leading therapeutic services for LGBTQ+ young people in West London, I specialise in gender-affirming and affirmative care, helping clients navigate identity, resilience, and mental health through tailored psychotherapy. Mental Health Group Lead Islington Mind I facilitated the Men’s Resilience Project and LGBTQIA+ community-led initiatives, focusing on community reintegration, crisis stabilisation, and trauma-informed support for vulnerable populations. International Clinical Experience Hamburg & Bogotá My clinical foundations include extensive work in Germany at Stiftung das Rauhe Haus, where I managed individual arts therapy interventions for patient recovery, and early trauma-focused work with refugees and asylum seekers in both Hamburg and Colombia.
