Therapists
Many of the adults I work with are high-functioning and outwardly coping. Life may look stable — yet privately something feels unsettled. This can include burnout, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or a sense of something not quite fitting. People often begin therapy after a specific experience such as relationship strain, redundancy or prolonged stress. At other times, there is no single event — more a growing awareness that familiar ways of coping are no longer enough.
My approach is psychodynamic and depth-oriented. Rather than focusing solely on symptom relief, we work to understand the emotional and relational patterns shaping how you experience yourself, other people and the demands of life. Sessions are held weekly at the same time and provide a consistent space to think more carefully about what sits beneath the surface. Over time, this can lead to greater clarity, steadier relationships and more freedom in how you respond. I offer in-person sessions in Wimbledon, with additional availability in Clapham Northcote Road, and online across the UK. Availability shown on the platform is indicative, with specific times confirmed on enquiry. Early morning, evening and weekend sessions are typically offered online following an initial in-person session. A brief introductory call is available if you would like to consider whether this way of working feels appropriate.
I am a BACP-registered psychotherapist (MBACP) with a Foundation Degree in Psychodynamic Counselling (with distinction), and I am currently completing a BA (Hons) in Counselling. Before training as a therapist, I worked in professional environments. This informs my understanding of the psychological meaning of performance, pressure, responsibility and identity, without assuming any particular background. I work in private practice, offering a consistent and thoughtful therapeutic setting grounded in psychodynamic principles.
