Therapists
As an integrative therapist, I offer a holistic, client-centred approach that supports transformation on both emotional and physical levels. My work is rooted in the belief that healing is multi-dimensional, rather than relying on a single modality, I draw from a range of therapeutic tools to create tailored support that meets each client’s unique needs. This integrative framework allows for deep, sustainable change, whether you are navigating emotional overwhelm, behavioural patterns, or seeking greater self-understanding and empowerment, with the aim to support individuals to move through challenges with clarity, compassion, and confidence. Through a blend of therapeutic approaches, you will be supported to explore your inner landscape, shift limiting beliefs, and reconnect with your strengths. Sessions may include elements of psychoeducation, mindfulness, creative techniques, and body-awareness practices, depending on what feels most resonant and effective for you. This flexible, inclusive approach is designed to meet you wherever you are in your journey, whatever you're seeking support for, I provide a safe and compassionate space for healing and transformation. Therapy isn’t always about just one issue, often, the challenges we face ripple into different areas of our lives, relationships, self-worth, work, or even how we feel day to day. If you have questions and would like to find out if evoke therapy is right for you, feel free to schedule a free 15-minute consultation with me. Offering a gentle space to explore your needs and see what might feel right for you.
I am an integrative counsellor offering a holistic, client-centred approach that supports change on both emotional and physical levels. I understand that healing is multi-dimensional and that effective therapy often draws from more than one approach. By integrating different therapeutic perspectives, I aim to tailor the work to your individual needs. My practice is primarily grounded in person-centred therapy and informed by psychodynamic thinking. At the heart of my work is creating a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace. The person-centred foundation is built on listening with empathy, openness and respect, and to walk alongside you as you make sense of your journey. Alongside this, psychodynamic thinking can help us gently explore how past experiences, relationships and unconscious patterns may be influencing how you feel and relate to others in the present. Together, we can develop greater understanding, self-awareness and compassion for yourself, opening the possibility for meaningful and lasting change.
I have over 10 years of experience working with families, children, adults and parents within multiple settings including; educational settings, counselling services, community support, residential and wraparound care. These roles and experiences offering me a deeper understanding of the complexities of relationships, family dynamics, parenthood, lone and co-parenting experiences and fertility challenges. Working within London boroughs (NHS Talking Therapies) I have supported many clients with a range of mental health difficulties, meeting individuals from a range of cultural and religious backgrounds, supporting all through their journey with care and understanding. As a multiracial, neurodivergent, female with my own lived experience of the world, I have a personal understanding of some of the challenges individuals are faced with when accessing health care. I hold a space for all and every topic to be explored within the safety of our therapeutic relationship and environment.
