Hello, I'm Angelica - a qualified BACP-registered person-centred pluralistic counsellor offering compassionate, collaborative space tailored to your unique needs. I support people experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-worth, relationship challenges, identity questions and life's many difficulties. I believe counselling is a place where you can be truly listened to, where your pace, your story and your authentic self are valued and respected. I offer both in-person counselling in Wimbledon and Clapham, and online sessions for those who prefer to work remotely. Wherever you are on your journey, you are welcome here and your experience matters.
My approach is grounded in person-centred pluralistic counselling, which means I meet you where you are, listening deeply and adapting the work to suit your unique preferences and needs. This might include reflective dialogue, mindfulness practices, mindful self-compassion and other supportive elements chosen collaboratively. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where your experience can be explored with gentle curiosity and respect. I understand that not everyone arrives with a clear sense of what they need - and that's okay. Part of the therapeutic process is discovering that together, through exploration, attunement and openness. As someone who is neurodiverse, I bring an awareness of the difference and the many ways people experience the world, and I honour the whole person in the room rather than a set of symptoms. In therapy with me, you won't need to mask or perform - all parts of you are welcome.
I hold a BSc in Person-Centred Pluralistic Counselling from the Metanoia Institute and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), practising within their ethical framework. I also hold a qualification in the facilitation of online and phone therapy, enabling me to offer safe, connected support in both face-to-face and remote settings. Before training as a counsellor, I spent over a decade working as an esthetician - a role that deepened my understanding of trust, safety, comfort and being truly seen. My practice continues to be shaped by ongoing development and compassionate curiosity.
