I am a CBT therapist and certified coach, passionate about helping young adults, adults, and couples build resilience, overcome emotional challenges, and create meaningful change in their lives. My approach blends evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques with coaching strategies, offering both insight and practical tools for growth. I believe therapy works best as a collaborative journey — one where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to explore new perspectives. Whether you’re facing anxiety, low mood, stress, self-esteem issues, or relationship difficulties, I aim to create a safe, compassionate space where lasting change can take root. My sessions focus on helping clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours while developing healthy coping strategies and communication skills that extend beyond therapy.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, combining the structure and clarity of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with the forward-focused and empowering principles of coaching psychology. This means I not only help clients explore and understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, but also support them in developing practical strategies to move toward their goals. I work collaboratively, tailoring each session to your individual needs and pace. For some clients, that might mean focusing on managing anxiety, low mood, or stress, while for others it could be about enhancing self-awareness, improving communication, or strengthening relationships. I see therapy as a safe and supportive space for reflection and growth — one where insight meets action. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build the tools and confidence needed to create lasting change.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked for many years in leadership and transformation roles, supporting individuals and teams through periods of significant change. This background has given me a strong foundation in understanding motivation, resilience, and interpersonal dynamics, which deeply informs my therapeutic and coaching work today. I am committed to continuous learning and personal growth, ensuring that my clients receive support that is both empathic and evidence-based.
