I am a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist based in West Hampstead, offering a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space to explore what’s troubling you. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or are feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, I provide thoughtful, compassionate support to help you make sense of your experience and move towards lasting change.

My approach is grounded in Transactional Analysis (TA), a powerful and accessible model for understanding personality, communication, and behaviour. Together, we’ll explore the patterns and beliefs that have shaped your life, and work towards developing greater self-awareness, autonomy, and connection. Clients often come to me during times of transition or uncertainty—perhaps after a loss, a breakup, or a crisis of confidence. Others may have lived with longstanding emotional pain or confusion, and are now ready to explore it in a deeper and more sustained way. Whatever brings you to therapy, I will meet you with curiosity, warmth, and respect.

I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds, and welcome both short-term and open-ended therapy. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirmative, inclusive, and trauma-informed.
