You may feel like you know what you want to be doing, but you just can’t move forward or bring yourself to “do it”. This can often leave us feeling stuck. Maybe you find it easy to be kind to others, but you struggle to offer yourself the same compassion. You may be coming to therapy because of experiences and emotions that feel really difficult to be with, such as loneliness, anxiety, sadness, anger and grief. I provide a non-judgmental space for you to safely explore how you are. I will both support and challenge you through my warm, empathic approach, where I seek to help you build greater self-awareness and unlock the change you are seeking within yourself and your life. I believe that when we accept ourselves just as we are, without shame or judgement, that is when we can truly change. I will support you to do this by tailoring my approach to meet you where you are, and together, we will explore your emotions and experiences with curiosity.

Course), The Gestalt Centre - Certificate in Humanistic Counselling, The Gestalt Centre - MA in Social Policy and Politics, The University of Edinburgh Additional professional development - Certificate in Compassion Focused Therapy for Chronic Pain
