Therapists

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor offering individual therapy in South West London and online. My aim is to provide a safe, confidential, and collaborative space where you can explore what may be holding you back from living life more fully. Whether you're feeling low, anxious, or stuck, or have experienced distressing and challenging events, therapy can provide insight into your personal struggles and help you move forward. I bring a warm, empathetic approach to therapy, grounded in a wide range of both life and professional experience. I work with adults from diverse backgrounds, with a trauma-aware lens to support you through whatever challenges you may be facing. My approach to therapy is integrative, I draw from a variety of therapeutic methods, tailoring our work together to meet your unique needs and goals. I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is central to the healing process. By working at a pace that suits you, we can explore the visible and hidden obstacles that may be holding you back. Together, we will work towards empowering you to make the changes you seek in a way that feels supportive and help you to navigate life with greater purpose and clarity. As starting therapy can sometimes feel daunting, I offer a free initial 20-minute consultation, either by phone, video conference or in person, to answer any questions you may have and help you feel confident in taking the next step.

As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw on a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs. My non-prescriptive approach may incorporate cognitive, psychodynamic, humanistic, existential, and transpersonal elements, as well as somatic approaches to therapy. As a trauma-informed integrative psychotherapist, I understand that trauma often goes unrecognised but can deeply affect many aspects of our life. I help clients identify and manage triggers using techniques that promote resilience and healing. Central to my approach are safety and empowerment.

I am educated to master’s level and hold a post-graduate diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy from the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education in London. I have a range of clinical experience working within a number of mental health charities and low-cost therapeutic services in London, as well as in private practice. I have experience supporting clients through a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, addiction, relationship issues, low self-esteem, life transitions and problems rooted in childhood trauma. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), adhering to its ethical framework and professional code of conduct. I hold liability insurance and follow the BACP’s guidelines for best practice, ensuring a safe and ethical approach. In line with BACP standards, I engage in regular supervision and ongoing professional development to continuously improve my practice.
