My therapeutic approach is deeply personalised, recognising that each individual's journey is unique and deserving of tailored attention. Through mindfulness practices and embodiment tools, I assist individuals in cultivating a heightened awareness of their bodily sensations, emotions, and thought patterns. By attuning to the wisdom of their bodies, clients learn to relate more authentically, communicate effectively, and navigate stress and anxiety with resilience. Ultimately, my aim is to equip clients with the tools and insights necessary for fostering deeper connections, both with themselves and with others. Together, we embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth, guided by the principles of mindfulness, compassion, and holistic healing.

I hold a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia and have pursued extensive training in somatic therapy and holistic coaching. Over four years, I immersed myself in Core Energetics Somatic Training in the Netherlands, delving into the profound connection between mind and body. Additionally, I am a certified Holistic Life Coach & Mind Body Practitioner, having obtained my diploma from the internationally recognised MindBodyFood Institute in Australia. My dedication to further education led me to specialise in trauma-informed somatic therapeutic approaches, drawing inspiration from the groundbreaking work of Peter Levine, Steven Porges, and Pat Ogden. Through professional somatic education and training, I have honed techniques that focus on nurturing the nervous system and facilitating healing. Prior to my journey into therapy, I gained valuable experience in the finance industry, where I witnessed firsthand the pressures and tolls of corporate life. This background equips me with a unique perspective and empathy for individuals navigating similar challenges of stress and burnout.
