This may include identifying and exploring your emotions, looking at how your past is impacting your present or focusing on strategies to help you move forward. I offer a warm, supportive space free from judgement to explore your issues at your own pace. I work online and in-person.

I believe therapy is about a trusted, confidential relationship where you feel safe and supported enough to be yourself. You may be suffering from persistent anxiety or depression. Maybe everything feels overwhelming or you are feeling stuck and unable to get what you want or even know what you want. Perhaps you are finding it hard to deal with difficult thoughts or emotions from relationships and events now or in the past. Or have symptoms of trauma that are making it hard for you to cope. Therapy can help you gain a better understanding of yourself and why you feel and act the way you do. I can listen and support you to help you heal and find the calm, clarity and self-acceptance you may be missing.

I hold a Level 2 and 3 in Counselling and a Diploma in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling. I also have certificates in Mental Health and the Body: Treating Trauma and Working with Trauma that has Become Stuck and Proficiency in Online Counselling. I have a background in senior charity management.
