I work from an ‘integrative’ approach – meaning I utilise a wide variety of interventions and tools to help you achieve your aims for our work together. I believe strongly in the healing power of the relationship between client and therapist and seek to offer a space that is open and safe-enough to explore your deepest thoughts and concerns.

My own life experience of overcoming anxiety and perfectionism means I know how much you desire change and how disorientated you feel in finding the help you need. You are used to making things happen and find yourself grasping for familiar behaviours, but they are no longer working. When we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist, you’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through.
