Since I was a child, I remember myself being always curious about people's life stories and being fascinated by the discovery of different human beings, cultures, beliefs and choices . I've always learnt something from others, appreciating and valuing their uniqueness and eventually this attitude has shaped the person I am today in the constant flow of changes. During my educational path I graduated in Psychology and Neuroscience and that led me to work for many years in different clinical and research settings, particularly in hospitals, both in Italy and India. Throughout the years, after having experienced my own therapy, I increasingly experienced a deep passion and a genuine interest for psychotherapy to support other people in their life's journey. If you are here, you might find yourself emotionally stuck in your thoughts and feelings within yourself or in relationship, with loved ones, socially or at work, or you might be experiencing some behaviors as no longer serving you and feeling the need to be heard and wanting to work things through. My aim is to provide you a space which is safe and non judgmental, warm and creative, to empathetically hear you, to help you find healing and making the changes you want for yourself.

My therapeutic modality is Relational Transactional Analysis with a particular look at the intersectional lens. I also draw on and consider the richness of other theories from different schools of thought. In particular, I look at the interpersonal, object relations, attachment theories and the current research in neuroscience. My approach accommodates for issues of identity, major life changes and trauma, attachment, love and sexuality, relationships, learning style, culture and politics. Having personally experienced living in three very different Countries has given me a tangible understanding of different "cultural frames of reference" and consequently the possibility to gain a precious set of tools which I use to build cultural bridges to meet you there, where you are.

I am an advanced trainee in Transactional Analysis (TA) Psychotherapy in my final year of training and a student member of the UK for Transactional Analysis and a Graduate Member of British Psychological Society. I offer both short and long term, in person and on-line work with adult individuals. I am Italian mother tongue so I can offer therapy both in English or Italian.
