Practicing in diversity-dense-London since 2006 as a Counsellor & Psychotherapist gives me insights and knowledge of various backgrounds. I am passionate to help my clients recognise their inner blocks that keep them feel stuck, alone, sad, frustrated and confused. The aim for me is to explore your thoughts and feelings and giving practical support overcoming difficult life situations.

My experience and training include working holistically with a range of integrative counselling approaches & therapy strategies. My main approach is Humanistic (person-centred) and Psychodynamic on how your past presents itself in the here and now and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) counselling techniques and worksheets. My expertise is supporting clients with • relationship issues, incl. break-ups, divorce, infidelity, affairs, affair recovery • anxiety and panic disorder • depression • burn out and stress • loss and bereavement • abuse and domestic violence • low self-esteem • work relative issues

I have been working in the corporate world as an accountant and financial controller, specializing in investigating business fraud. I was fascinated by peoples sabotaging behaviours. My interest to understand the unconscious and unhealthy behaviours often leading to unnecessary suffering, anxieties, stresses, confusions and frustrations, underpinned my decision to train as a therapist. I am a fully certified and qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with a Master degree and I am an accredited member of BACP https://www.bacp.co.uk/profile/67fd8aae-3b90-e711-80e8-3863bb3640b8 My working experience also includes counselling as a volunteer counsellor at Woman's Trust, a London-based organisation that is supporting women who have experienced domestic violence.
