Therapeutic Approach

My core trainings are psychodynamic and group analytic. I also have done basic training on Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT) at the Anna Freud Centre in London and Writing as Creative Therapy at the Gestalt Institute in London.

Background

I am originally from Spain and have been living in London for more than 30 years. I have worked as a psychotherapist and group conductor in the NHS and and in the third sector.
