I moved from New Caledonia to Australia and the United Kingdom from a young age. Although this has given me incredible life skills, such as being fluent in French and English and learning about different cultures, I also had to adapt and assimilate into territories and unknown cultures. This has contributed to equipping me to be a compassionate, reflective, understanding, and attentive psychologist. This has made me more attuned to understanding the impact of how we interact with our world and how we feel about ourselves on our mental wellbeing.  I am deeply committed to helping my clients reach their potential by providing high-quality talking therapy. So, although I specialised in various treatment models, I strongly believes that the human experience is too complex to fit neatly into one model. As a result, my therapeutic style draws from multiple therapy models and is tailored to your individual needs. I always aim to provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and help guide you towards fulfilment. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focussed Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Systemic Therapy. However, whether you are feeling stressed, anxious, sad or dealing with relationship difficulties, I will help you identify the root causes of your issues and help you work on becoming the best version of yourself through the use of an integrative approach. I offer a person centred approach, designed to keep your needs at the forefront of the therapy process. My approach centres around the idea that our views of ourselves and the world around us are interconnected, and I use this knowledge to promote healing and growth. I specialise in sexual health, mental health, emotional wellbeing, physical health, and relationship difficulties to ensure that we address not only the symptoms, but also the underlying causes of your issues.

I am a chartered clinical psychologist, and HCPC registered (PYL043581), currently working in an NHS HIV/Sexual Health service. Throughout my career in the NHS, I have gained experience, and am able to work with a wide range of mental health and well-being difficulties. I have worked with children and adolescents, older adults, dementia, severe mental health, forensic settings, HIV/sexual health. As I have worked in several settings where physical health has significantly contributed to mental well-being, my specialist interest is, but not limited to, the intersection between physical and psychological well-being. I value taking a holistic approach in my therapeutic style to acknowledge the connection of mental and physical health. In my clinical work, and professional life, I hold a systemic perspective and consider the systemic and individual factors which may be impacting an issue which may be arising.
