I am a Yoga Therapist and yoga, Mindfulness and breathwork facilitator based in South West London who supports individuals seeking support and greater self understanding through the holistic and integrated approach of Yoga Therapy. I have always had a curiosity into my own inner world, and had been drawn to alternative health approaches from a young age. I believe that the mindbody are not separate and that when approaching health and wellbeing that we need to adopt a biopsychosocialspiritiual approach in order to work in a truly holistic way.

Yoga Therapy is a whole-body approach that supports mental and physical wellbeing in tandem. In Yoga Therapy we work together to explore what is arising for you at present, physically, mentally, relationally and in the broader context of your lifestyle. Through Yoga Therapy, we explore practises that can support your unique needs, and through the sessions and home practise work to improve your symptoms whilst supporting the nervous system, to create a more pervasive sense of wellbeing. Whilst I take into account diagnoses for physical and mental health conditions into account, I also work transdiagnositically to see what is arising for each individual. Yoga Therapy is a wonderful modality for those who wish to relate to themselves in a holistic way, who are interested in exploring themselves from multiple dimensions to understand how we are interconnected within ourselves. Clients can expect practises to promote relaxation through movement, breathwork or meditation and other self reflective practises. At present I work with adults over the age of 18. Conditions that can be supported by Yoga Therapy include: Depression, Anxiety, Stress, PTSD, Schizophrenia, ADHD, Eating Disorders, Addictions, Post Natal Depression, Bipolar, Grief Musculoskeletal conditions, Diabetes, Hypertension, Parkinson's, Asthma, COPD, Cancer, HIV, Alzheimer's, MS, Autoimmune Conditions, IBS, Heart Disease, Insomnia, Arthritis, Osteoporosis, ME/CFS, Chronic Pain I am committed to yearly CPD and undertake regular supervision. I am additionally training in Integrated Psychotherapy and will be bringing this into my practise in 2024.

I originally graduated in 2011 with a BA in Economics and Politics from School of Oriental and African Studies and spent the following years working my way through London's events and hospitality industries. It was in this phase of life that I became unwell and overworking ultimately led my body to complete burn out. While challenging at the time, this process gifted me with realisation that my work-life balance was unsustainable for myself, and so I retrained and moved to full time into therapeutic work in 2018. As well as my private practise, I offer Yoga Therapy in healthcare settings such as the NHS and CDARS, and am part of a growing group of Therapeutic Yoga practitioners that are working to get Yoga into more healthcare settings, to increase the accessibility of this innately therapeutic offering. Becoming a Yoga Therapist has allowed me to build myself a life in greater alignment with my values, share the practises that helped me find my inner balance with others keen to learn, and build my resilience to the ups and downs of life. It has led me to connect and work with people who want to support their own health and greater wellbeing, through self exploration and integrating practises into their daily lives that help them live more in alignment.
