The aim of therapy is to provide a safe and secure environment in which to explore problems or issues causing you concern, in confidence, with a trained professional. Some people come to therapy to seek support for specific problems and others use therapy for personal growth and development. Most people come to therapy because they would like something in their lives to change. Dr Jai uses the best-researched and most up to date treatments to maximise clients’ chances of achieving their goals. Treatment is individualised for each client following a careful assessment of needs to develop collaborative objectives for the work together.

Dr Jai lives in South West London and works for the NHS as a Consultant Psychologist, focusing on the impact of stress, anxiety and trauma. She also works in private practice (offering both face to face and online therapy) as well as offering supervision to trainee psychologists and seasoned professionals. Dr Jai strongly believes that everyone can benefit from support from time to time in order to manage the stresses and strains of daily life and the expected challenges that life can throw at us.
