I am professional and registered Psychodynamic therapist, my first priority is to provide a safe and non- judgemental space that allows exploration of yourself through self-reflection and your past.
As client working in this type of therapy, you can expect to be exploring your past to understand your present self. By building a trusting relationship we can reflect on thoughts, behaviours and responses that could be triggered by previous events in your life and see how they are affecting you presently. Giving a deeper understanding of yourself and becoming in tuned with the unconscious defences.
