Psychotherapy aims to help you overcome obstacles to make sense of your internal world and feel understood and supported. It could help you to achieve lasting and fulfilling change in relationships with others but also your most important relationship, the one you have with yourself.

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Theory and Practice from the Westminster Pastoral Foundation (WPF Therapy) & The University of Roehampton. I have extensive experience working with disturbed and traumatised adults and adolescent clients involved in various criminal justice and forensic settings. Alongside private practice, I continue forensic psychotherapy work at The Portman Clinic (Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust).
